ASHBURTON RACES. (Bv Trltaravh —Pmi Aiuociation.) ASHBURTON, Last Night. The Ashburton County Racing Club's Spring Meeting was concluded to-day in beautiful weather. The attendance was large, and most interesting racing was witnessed. Tho totalisntor investments for the day amounted to £7327. as against £5422 for the corresponding day last year, making a total of £14,5,77. as compared 'with £ll,OOl in 1911. The following are the results of the day's racing:— Second TTurdUvs Handicap. —Gangway 1, Red White and Blue 2, Jack Ashore 3. Fairfield Handicap.—Caraid Delais 1, Foam Flake 2, Carohis 3. Coldstream Welter. —Armstrong 1, Bon Soir 2, Editha 3. Tinwald Handicap.—Coroniform 1, My Lawyer 2, Bellah 3. Maiden Hack Scurry.—Teviotdalo 1, Peg 2, Gold Wave 3.
