CONCESSIONS ON IMPORTS. (Received unst, Night, 0.55 o'clock.) SYDNEY, September 12. In connection with tlie concessions to enable the importation of potatoes it is notified that these, do not imply a relaxation against diseased potatoes. The inspection will be rigid, and the certificate of the country of origin must be unequivocal.
