Tlie acceptances were heavy, but the racing was never exciting; Tho track wan in very'good condition, and tho attendance large. The winner jumped out "From the start and was never headed, and got home two lengths ahead of Query, who was a length in front of Hesione . Martine Avon fairly easily by a length from Tannhauser, who was about three-quarters of a lemrth in advance of tho third horse. Time,, 2min 11 3-osec.
