TO-DAY'S WEATHER
NEW ZEAIAWS FORECAST (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Batee, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the following report : Southerly winds', strong to gale, have decreased .and backed by west to northerly -,with decreasing force, and the barometer has risen considerably in the north. The weather has improved to-day, but the conditions are very unsettled. ■ The present indications are for increasing northerly and westerly winds, strong to gale. Squally, unsettled, and cloudy weather, Avith heavy showers in nioit parts of the country, especially, on the West Const; The barometer will probably fall everywhere.
