ELECTION PROSPECTS. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock.) NEW YORK, September 10. Mr Theodore Roosevelt claims that the result of the Mfyino elections will be a victory for the Progressive Party. The now Governor is really an adherent of -Roosevelt's party, and on that understanding he led .Roosevelt not to contest the elections against the regular Republican candidate, who also claimed the Governor as an adherent.
