BATTLESHIPS FCK MED3TTERANNEAN A MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING. (Received L;:r.t Night, Id o'clock.) PARIS. September 10. M. Delcasse, Minister of Marine, has announced that :-ix battleships will be transferred from Brest to tho Mediterranean in the middle of October, thus giving Admiral Lapoyrero eighteen battleships ;\nd six ]f.rgc cruisers. The newspapers approvo of the completion of the concentration movement. The -newspaper Lo Tfnips states that it may be assumed that the English, Russian and French fleets are mutually agreed on their respective duties in their spheres of action. (Russia, by holding the Baltic is able to prevent a general concentration by Germany in the North Sea, while France will duly deal with Austria and Italy.
