HOBBLE SKIRTS DENOUNCED
m BY A PRIEST IN MALTA. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock.) MALTA, September 10. A priest at Valetta, after for several days denouncing hobble skirts was fined 50s and costs, for insulting and ordering a lady out of the church on the ground that she was unbecomingly dressed.
