The Speaker's sentinels have been withdrawn, to-day, And the Telegraph reporters were adnailtted to the Press Gallery. STATEMENT BY TOE SPEAKER, (Received Last September 10. Tho Speaker's messenger handed the Telegraph's representative the following statement :-VWhen the Telegraph representatives were excluded, it came to my knowledge, th-it the pressmen in the Gallery had approached the employers, with a view to tabooing Parliament, and depriving their readers of Parliamentary news.. Tn ardor that the public should no* be kept in ignorance, I had arranged for a daily issue of Hansard ; but i' Press having continued to report tbproceedings, the necessity for igsniincr Hinsard broadcast wa.s obviated.
