ect ive districts to consideration. The Levin people liavo put in a strong claim that the North Island College be established at Weraroa. The reasons adduced in support of the claim are really impressive. First of all they say that the Wa i ram p i is out of the question because it i.s not accessible. And then they proceed to argue that College should not be in proximity a centre of population. They have, uite unintentionally no doubt, rna-io out a very strong case in; favour of •the Wairarapa. If other districts hicli put in their claims will adduce similar arguments, there will T)e no doubt about where the College must
