DISSATISFIED.

It thinks it is •following too closely in the footsteps of its predecessors, and "illustrates its •contention by referring to the Estimates, the State coal-mines and tho co-operative labour system. We are [ourselves, disposed ,to think that the 'Party is showing too ken an aptitude, for assimilating the frill legislation and make-believe of the discredited Liberals. At the same time, all the ,ch'cumstanee3 must he taken into consideration, and 16 13 Hardly reasonable to expect a Party with a slender majority to break m uch fresh political ground in ite first session. We have sufficient confidence in Mr Masse? to think that ho will sift the chaff from tho oats in good time.
