PEKIN, August 27
Dr Sun Yat Sen, addressing the leading political societies, advocated the abatement of party strife, and urged the construction of new administrative machinery.
He insisted on a strong central Government. Yuan Shih-Kai, he said, was tho ablest head available, and he urged his reappointment to the Presidency of the Republic after the elections.
