The hearing of the appeal <,f the Coal Vend cayc, lias been com men cod in the High irolates to the admissibility of certain evidence, particularly evidence relatiig to the Vend minutes prior to the date of the alleged combination. It as contended that the minutes of the Vend are not evidence against the ■chipping appellants.
