During the year a residence was erected for the manager, an ad- : ditional cheese vat and press were in- \ stalled to cope with the larger supply of milk, and since the, end. of the financial year a large new boiler has replaced the small one. It will probably be found necessary to instal a fourth vat, and this matter the directors have now under consideration. | Your directors report with satisfaction that applications for over 300 , shares have been received from new suppliers, and. when those are allotted the company will have well over ! £IOOO subscribed capital. The future of the company is assured.- Durina the year no share capital was called up. There are two vacancies on the hoard of directors which will he required to be filled.
