(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PEKING, August 24. Dr Sun Yat Sen is at Tientsin. Tho object of his visit is to try and settle the differences between north, and south. Ho is optimistic concerning China's future. A MAGNIFICENT RECEPTION. (Received this morning, 12.24 o'clock.) PEKING, August 25. Dr Sun Yat Sen has arrived. He was accorded a magnificent reception rivalling that of Yuan Shih Kai's m November.
