WORKSOP DREDGE
The annual report of the Worksop Dredging Company is as follows:
Your directors have much pleasure !u presenting you with the liftli annual report and balance-sheet for the period ending June 30th, 1912, and congratulate the shareholders on. a very prosperous yoai". The amount of gold won was -Ouooz, being an increase of 10070% as compared with the previous year. Tho total gold won since the dredge commenced operations amounts to 11.1860/,. valued at £12,909 Us. Dunn" the twelve months under review the amount paid to shareholders in dividends was £•9900, or 33s per share. Since the accompanying balance sheet was made out a further dividend of 2s per share had been paid, making a total of 07s vov share to date. The director who retires by rotation is Mr I). J. Cameron, who is eligible, and offers himself for re-election. The ;u----ditor, Mr A. Hathawav, is eligible. and offers himself for election. —1). J. CAMERON, Chairman.
