LABOUR PARTY

LONDON, August 20
The Labour Conference in Scotland has decided to form a Scottish Labour Party. While the new. party will maintain its relations with the National Labour Party, it proposes to frame a policy in keening with Scottish sentiment, and will probably nominate a candidate at the next election.
