ALBANIANS ENTER USEUB

CONSTANTINOPLE, August 18. Contrary to promises, Albanians, defying their chiefs, entered Uskub, pillaged the town, and released prisoners.

The Daily Telegraph's Constantinople correspondent reports that 12,000 Ghats, who released criminals from Uikub, seized Kuprili. Another band have gmie to Salonika. It is believed that their intention is to liberate Abdul Hamid.

The Albanian leaders disavow the release of Uskub prisoners. The Go.', eminent has sent fifteen trustworthy battalions to Kuprili and Salonika. The Malishopi tribes are threatening Scutari. Several Christian villages at Berara have been i>:t afire by Turkish shells.
