PROSPECTS OF THE MEASURS
(Received Last Night 5.5. o'clock.) NEW YORK, Last Night.
In the Howso of Representatives Mr Moore led a debate, «harging the members of the conference with adding unauthorised matte*? to the Bill, namely, a provision for allowing the free entry of shipbuilding materials for the United States. He urged that tho Conference had no power to add an item which was not sanctioned bv either House.
The House adjourned without a derision being arrived at.
