PEKING, August 17. A sensation ha>s been caused by President Yuan Shi Kai having ordered the arrest of the "two Generals in the Hupeh Province who led the att.ick on Wuchang in October. They were shot, after a drum-head court-martial. It is believed that they came *o Pehing to provoke another revolution
