RIFLE SHOOTING
MASTERTON MINIATURE CLUB
The Masterton Miniature Club have now practically completed their season. The shooting on the whole was of a very high order, as seen by the aggregates below. It was necessary fro a number of shoots-off, to decide places. Having secured a number of valuable trophies, due to the liberality or donors, the Club was able to offer a very creditable prize list. Murray (206), Mr 0. Pragnall's Trophy; 4th, H. Perry (206). Mr C. Tavlor's Tronhy; sth. H. R. King (206), Mr R, E. Jones' Trophy. B.° Class.—lst, A. Miller (205), Messrs Smith and. Sons' Tronhy; 2nd. J. E. Perry (205). Messrs Thos. Ballinge'r and Co.'s (Wellington) Trophy; 3rd 11. E. Jones (204). Mr N. Hodges' Trophv; 4th, W. Hornblow (204). Ballinger Bros.'s (Wellington) Trophy; sth, M. Carr (203), Mr Ross' Trophy. "Legs-in."—For the highest number of "legs-in" over six shoots: A. Class—H. R. King (five "legsin"), Dr Cook's (natron) Trophy. B. Class.—M. Carr (five "lees-in"). 1 Mr 0. Pragnall's (president) Trophy. Specials.—J. Cnllotv Ist (Club Trophy); H. Perry 2nd Club Trophy). The season will conclude with a Coneolation trophy shoot on Tuesday next. ■lt was decided to hold the annual smoke concert, when the president will present prizes won during the season.
