INTER-STATE JEALOUSY UNABATED.
(Received Last Night 11.10 o'clock.) August 16. In the .Federal House the discussion on Mr Wynne's motion in favour of a referendum being xaken ora the question of the Capital site, showed that interstate jealousy was unabated. The New South Wales members vigorously condemned the proposal of smother attempt to secure the capital for Victoria. The House adjourned' till the 29th instant.
