The Dundee Advertiser states that tho Government is closely watching the doings of Mr Bonar Law and Sir Edward Carson. After referirng to Sir Edward Carson's recent speech in reference to Home Rule in Ulster, t;" paper adds that in the event of disturbances in Ireland the Government will act with the utmost rigour, irrespective of tho offenders' position.
