ESCAPED PRISONERS

Two prisoners named Andrew Bergerson and George Paul, alias Herbert Uartlett, who arc undergoing .short sentences, escaped from the prison camp at Point Harwell tlr's iifternQou. Bergerson was serving i»ix months i'o-r receiving stolen property, and for breaking, entering and thd't. He is 22 years old, and eonier> from Dannevirke. Paul i« '2O years old, and hails from Foxton. He wa.s serving a sentence of three months for breaking, entering and theft at Nelson. A special force of police* is searching the country in the vicinity of Point Halswell.
