TJie Diiiy Chronicle's Paris correspondent states that negotiations with regard to Morocco are drawing to a satisfactory close. King Alphonso of Spain and President Fallieres wiil exchange early visits at Biarritz and San Sebastian, and 'Spain, will thenceforth be a sleeping partner in th.* Triple Entente. PARTS, August 13.
