THE WOOL BILL
UNITED STATES TARIFF PRESIDENT'S VETO IGNORED. (Received Last Night, 10.10 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, August 11, Despite President Taft's veto, the Democrats is the House of Representatives passed the Wool Bill again. The Senate is expected to support Mr Taft's Veto. There was a disorderly scone in the Honso of Representatives during the passage of the Bill. The President's veto was rejected I»v 101 votes to 80. Speaker ("ark ruled that two-thirds of those voting could pass the measure in spite of the veto of the President. The opponents of the Bill contended that only two-thirds of the total representation in the House was competent to p.'iis the measure.
