| ANOTHER. OUTRAGE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) ..LONDON, August 3. . The Women's Social and Political League have issued a manifesto in regard to the Dublin sentence. ■ The manifesto states: "Militancy will continue until our demands' are conceded." A suffragette at' Glasgow smashed the glass of Correge's painting of a:: angel's head, which' was hanging :i; the Art Gallery. ,'.The suffragette escaped, leaving a hatchet behind her.
