CONFERENCE OF CANADIAN PARTIES. ( Received this morning, 12.15 o'cloc'c.; LONDON, Augult 11. Correspondents of the Montreal Gazette and Toronto Globe who are with the Rt. Hon:. Winston Churc'i'!l, First Lord of tho Admiralty, visits .C.uiada in September with a battleship and imposing squadron under tha command of H.R.R. Prince Lou:s of Battenburg. It is understood that Mr Borden will ask Sir Filfrcd Laurier to confer with Mr Winston Churchill on the permanent naval policy, and propose a round-table conference of the Canadian parties. There is seme opposition amongst British Ministers/ to Mr ChurcliM's visit, due ty unwillingness to influence Canadian opinion.
