PAPERS RIGOROUSLY EXAMINED. (Roceivcd Last Night, 9.20 o'clock ) BERLIN, August 6. The following are the accused Englishmen who were arrested on a charge of espionage in German waters —Messrs Maodonald, a solicitor, Stone a surveyor, Roberts, a doctor, Sheffield, a well-known city solicitor, and Gregory Robinson, a marine paintei. They left England four days ago and steamed to the Kaiser Wilhelm Canal. Their cameras and papers Ave re rigorously examined.
