Foster, Minister for Trade and Customs, is going to Australia in February to complete negotiations for a preferential fcaty. The commission will meet in New Zealand on March 31st. and will ii en go to Australia, afterwards sitting in South Africa, or Canada. At tho conclusion of the sittings the commission will meet in London to prepare its report.
