OIL TANKS IN A BLAZE
SAN FRANCISCO, August 1
A fire broke out on the ipasstoiigef steamer J. A. Kilborn, when off tho coast last night. A few of the passengers were injured.

The wireless operator, who was send mg crlds for help, was driven, from room by smoke and names.
The crew worked all night and saved the ship from sinking. She tl.?n limped to the harbour in Eureka, in California.
Two year ago the J. A. Kilborn. war, burnt to the waterline.
