DANNEYIRKE, Last Night

A youth named Claude Wysocki, while working a folding machine in the the "News" office on Saturday had an uneviable experience. 'While putting the belt into action,', his apron became entangled and whirled round several times, missing the roof and partition wall by a fraction of an inch. His agonised cries attracted attention and-the engine was stopped. The lad was taken down in an exhausted and bruised state, but was not seriously injured. He had a very narrow escape from death.
