Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Eketahuna sale held yesterday, as under: —We submitted a good yarding of sheep in excess of advertised numbers, which met with a ready sale, the whole entry, .with two exceptions, selling under the hammer, at prices in favour of vendors. Cattle were confined mostly to dairy stock, for which the demand was limited, but Ave made a good clearance of all good conditioned sorts. Quotations: —2-tooth wethers, 16s to 16s 6d ; 2-tooth breeding ewes. 17s 6d ; mixed ewes, to 18s 2d; mixed hoggets, 12s 6d to 13s; citlls, 6s 6d to; 9s 7d ; , 18-months steers, £4 8s; cull £2 8s to £3; dairy cows, aged, £1 10s I to £5 10s.
