CHURCH SERVICES
To-morrh-w, at the Baptist Churtth, Murray's Hall, Queen Street, Pastor Swinerd's subject will be, 11 a.m., "Tlie Hope that Purifieth." 7 p.m., "The Final Choice." Tlie morning service in the Methodist Church to-morrow will be conducted by tho Rev. S. J. Serpell, and the evening sendee by Mr Jamieson, M.A., National Secretary of the Y.M.C.A. At Kuripuni Mr Minifie will preach at 11 a.m., and the Rev. S. J. Serpell at 7 p.m. The service at Wangaehu will be at 3 -p.m., when the Rev. S. J. Serpell will preach. The Rev. T. G. Butler will conduct the morning and evening services at the Congregational Church, Chapel Street, Masterton, to-morrow. There will be communion afgter the morning service. The Men's Class will meet at 10 a.m., when the subject will be "Higher Criticism." A Young Women's Class will be held in the afternoon. At the Y.M.C.A. Strangers Tea service at 5 p.m. to-morrow, Mr A. Jamieson, M.A., who has recently Iwen appointed National -Secretary for the Dominion, will give an address. Commissioner Richards, who has just taken over the command of the Salvation Army in Now Zealand, will receive a welcome and give an address The Rev. J. S. Young- will conduct tho Presbyterian services at Lansdowne to-morroiv evening, and Mr Fj. Feist at Kopuaranga in the afternoon. The Revs. Thompson and Young will assist in the united Communion service in Knox Church in tho forenoon. To-mtorrow will bo the sixth 'nainiveti'sary of the Rev. A. T. Thompson's charge of the Knox Cburch, Masterton, and in this connection special anniversary services will bo held tomorrow. In the morning tho Cornnraimn -service will bo conducetd by the Rev. J. S. Young and the Rev. A. T. Thompson, 8.A., B.D.
