The Committee fovmd that- Si'nclair's letter iin connection the Wairau ek*o tion 'was published, aaid was not privileged. The Committee further reported that"Mr Sinclair desired to bo hoard in his defence before the bar o£< the House. 'Mr G. W. Russell asked the Premier whether ho proposed to take any action in view of the Committee c report.
