OLEAHIXG SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on their clearing sale of dairy stock, horses, etc., on account of Mrs H. C. Petersen, of Opaki, yesterdayWe submitted a small dairy to a good attendance of dairy farmers and others, and taking into consideration, the age of the cows and their low condition, the prices arrived at were very good. The prices ranged from £9 for early calvers to £4 5s and £5 5s for late calvers. Good weaners made SGa ; light harness horse, £9 ss; sheaf chaff, 7os per ton; baled oa.t- straw,-38s per ton. Implements, tools and sundries at satisfactory figures. The unexpired term of the lease of the property was submitted, but failed to make any goodwill.
