CARRYING OF FIREARMS
PREVENTION BPLL PASSED. (Received Last Night, 9.25 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, July 31. The Council lias passed a Bill to prevent youths, under the age of eighteen from purchasing or carrying pea rifles or saloon guns. Heavy penalties are provided against selling, giving, or lending weapons.
