ORDINARY MEETING. The ordinary meeting of the Masterton Borough Co-unciJ was held in the Cbuncil Chambers last evening, there being present,— Ors. J. Eilliott, (in the chair), H. J. O'Leary, F. W. It was decided that (the matter be left in the hands of the Borough Engineer.
