THE ALLEGED VICTIM DIES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Z, Last Night. Emily Heta, the sixteen-year-old girl', regarding who'mi the tohunga Hsngawhata Tuparoa has been committed for trial on a charge of indecent assault, andwihohad charged him nvitifl' a more serious offence, died at Motuiti Pah yesterday, from consaumption. Her evidence was taken at a spea'al sitting of tlie court held at the pah last week.
