DISCUSSION AT BOROUGH COUNCIL. At last night's meeting of the ■Masterton Borough Council, the question of the appointment of Comanittees formed the su'bjeot of an inte'resting discussion. CV O'Leary proposed that the Gas Committee consist of Ore Donald, FlaiMgain,, Temple, and the mover.
