At th' 3 monthly meetings of the Wairarnpa P. and A. Scuiety last; week, it was decided that applications for space in ithe Agricultural Hall by '.patrons of- selling their glass and eilve-nvaire 'he referred to tke produce stewards to arrange. Notifications were received that the Auckland A. and P. Show would lw? held on November 28th, 29th, and 30th, and the Wa:,pukui\ui Show on February oth, 1913. Hearty votes of thanks were accorded. Mr Bycirs for his donations of £2 2s (for the be<-t 2-year-old draught fitly), and a sheep <for the guess-tig competition), akw the Wellington Warehousemen's . A&so'ciation for a J donation of £5 ss. : Three new :memjb&rs were elected. It was decided to a«sk for more;' partici:!'.'.u'« from the -New Zealand Draught Hc-rs-e Association, with Respect to a challenge shield for competition amongst' tlie draught section . Mr Eagle (President) gave- notice to move at .next tmeeiting: "That in view of the rules of the society stating fclwt all notices of motion must he in writing, and- in. the hands of the secretary at loaf.it two days before the .meeting, the following clause bo added: "And posted to meir.ibers at Icais-t eight days before the mee-ting at which, the notice of motion is to be discussed."
