ATTACKED BY REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS.
( Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) NEW YORK, July 27. Mr Theodore Roosevelt's Third Par-y h\s> been formally launched at Michigam and New Jersey, .hut many, difficulties are being experienced in! other States, which will not be tackled until the Roosevelt Convention meets. Tho most notubfe problem is the status of the IRbosovelters wlio werechosen as the prn'ous Cbii'vontiore primaries as Kiepu7olicaiis. They ought strictly, it is said, to vote for Mr TaJu, but should Mr Roosevelt bo bereft of their support, it is possible tfliat the Courts miiy be called on to solve tiro problem. Everything points against Mr Roosevelt making as strong a bid ais ho did at the Republican- norr.'ration. Both Republicans and Democrats ore attacking Mr (Roosevelt, who is accused of trying, by vague generalisations afld misrepresentations,, to mobiil'se class discontent.
