DEPUTATION TO CANADIAN PREMIER. (Received Lasx- Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, July 27. An influential deputation urged the Hon. R. L. Borden, Premier of Canada, to consider the question of a fast Atlantic • service from Blacksod Bay to Halifax, Nova Scotia, with o> connecting Pacific service to Australasia'. Mr Borden said the whole question of improved means of transportation between Britain, Canada and Australasia would .receive his earliest consideration on his return' to Cannda.
