Pragnell, >D. Caselberg, T. B. Michdll, O. E. Dtaniell, H. O, Jtcfoinson arid Thos. Wagg. Im connection with the petition before the Housa of Representatives (from the Misses iWard, of Victoria, Amsta'aliu, in reference to a claim upbaii Hand, (now the property of tho Trust, it was decided, upon th'a rnotien of iMr C. E. Dami-ell, seconded by Mr Wl. iff. Jackson, that the matter be left in the hands of Mr Bunny, the Trust's solicitor. iMtr Pragnoll moved, in accordance •with n'oftise given at last meeting, that a special commi ttcJo be set up to (a) iPerus-e all Trfust lbases, tho terms thereof to bo reported to a subsequent meeting, atod as to whether the leeaaes complying wirtih the conditions (special or otherwise) of their 'leases; >(b) Making recommendations thereon. . Mr Jacksoai did not see that there was amy n-&eeE&ity for a ipeciii 1 coni'inittee to deal witii leases, unless Mr 'lVagnell had sctao special -questions .relating to leaess in view.
