Yesterday's arrivals at tho 9 lu1) Hotel, Masterton, include Prince Gustavo Dikran of Albania, 8.A., M.D., Messrs Levid, Walton, Oshonie, Campbell, and Bruford (Wellington), Gibbs and Carter (Tinui). Mr Tom Pritchard, the well-known and popular jockey, who motwith a severe hurdle accident while riding in a hurdle race at Feikling several months ago, is at present on a visit to Masterton. Mr Pritchurd is still on crutches, but is now on the highway of recovery. The friends of Mr and Mrs William Harvey, of Whakataki, will learn with regret* of the death of their fis'e year old daughter, which occurred in Masterton yesterday. Tho funeral ( will leave the residence of Mr 0-. l")ixoii> 91 Dixon Street, at '2.30 p.m. to-mor-row (Saturday) for the Masterton cemetetry. Oahle news from Suva states that tho landing of the Governor, Sir Krnest Sweet Escott, was witnessed by a large concourse of people.
