CURBING MONEY-LENDERS
PENALTIES FOR, SOLICITING. CLIENTS. (Received July 25, 8.5 a.m.) - LONDON, July 24. Mr J. A. Dawes, Liberal memfoer for Newimgton, has introduced a Bill, providing for the imposing of heavy penalties on moneylenders lending to employees without their employers' knowledge, and also for sending out circulars soliciting clients.
