Ltd., report:—At our Palmerstoir ■sale to-day ive had a medium yarding of both sheep and cattle, which sold at late rates:—Mixed hoggets, 8s 1()<I to 10s -Id; aged ewes in lamb, 8s 7d; empty ewes, 5s ?d; choice Jersev weaner heifers, £4 Is; Shorthorn heifers,, £2 5s sd; empty cows, £2 to £2 17s 6d; springing heifers. .-£5 10s to £(v 10s 6d; dairy cows, l'o to £8; bulls,. £5 10s to £0; the herd offered on account of Mr W. H. Stephenson, of Kelvin Grove, £7 los to £lO 2s Od.
