Owing to a combination, of circumstaneee, unforeseen andl beyond control, the loan of £35,000 .liaised for theconstruction of a tramway from Wangain ui ,tfo Castllecjiff has proved' insufficient, and the Tramway Board, tonight idecided to 'ask the ratepayers to sanction itihe raising of £3500, which Hvi'll easily meet all demands.
