CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20. A meeting of officers witli the Minister of War seai.t a deputation to the •St&tan, ashing hiim to dissolve the Chamber and appoint Kiamil Grand Vizier. Hie Sultan thereupon issued a Proclamation, upbraiding his officers for formulating claims contrary to the Constitution, and stating that lie relies upon the army avoiding politics.
