Quotations: Fat wethers, 22s 9d; forward ewes, lis 8d; dairy cows, £5; store cows, £3. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., reportWe offered a fair yarding of sheep and a small entry of cattle, to a good attendance of buyers. Sheep throughout sold well, and we had a total clearance at auction at prices .highly satisfactory to vendors. Quotations: Good ewes in lamb, 14s 9d to 20s lOd; inferior owes, 8s 7d to lis 4d; hoggets, 10s dto lis 6d; cows in. calf, £3 lis to £4 7s (3d.
