CLOUD-BURSTS AND FLOODS
HUNDREDS OF LIVES LOST.

MEXICO CITY, July .15
Through cloud-bursts and floods two hundred persons .were killed: in Guamajoio State and tho cities of (Salamanca, and Celaya have been destroyed. Stvimition is facing .thousands, and property valued at twenty million dollars hasj been wiped out in Santiago ..Valley. NiEiW YORK, July 15, At Denver, live hundred are homeless, and several deaths resulted from, a cloudburst .flooding the entire city. Thirteen pereons were killed and many injured when the mail train, at Chicago eras heel into ,th.e rear of the overland express, telescoping the ears, The bodies' fell on the track, and, colliding with the train wheels, were cut to pieces. '
